I contacted several realtors about selling my home. When I first met with Nathan Clark I was impressed with his presentation and his knowledge of the real estate market. After talking with 3 realtors, we decided to go with Nathan. I was also told by one of the other agents "that if I wanted my home sold fast Nathan was the guy to do it". I thought that was impressive to be basically recommended by another agent. My home was listed on Saturday and we had 2 offers by Tuesday and under contract by Wednesday. I never dreamed my house would sell that fast in a challenging housing market. I left the state a week and a half later, Nathan and his team took care of every aspect right through to closing in a very professional manner. It even sold for almost 104% of the asking price.
One of the things that is truly comforting in dealing with Nathan Clark is when you have a question or problem, all you have to do is contact him and you get a response within hours and sometimes as little as 15 minutes. There is no chasing this man. We even bothered him on vacation and we received the same treatment, troubleshooted problems even on vacation! There is no comparison between Chip Parisi of The Nathan Clark Team and other realtors Ive dealt with it was apples and oranges.
